Shipping and Return Policy


All standard shipping within the continental United States is free. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placement. We can ship to virtually any address in the world with a shipping fee.

Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

At Carriage Boutique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges will be gladly accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Garments must be unworn and have all tags attached. 

We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If that is the case, please notify us so that we can help, through emailing at or call us at 212-594-4853.

Please include order information (order number, customers name) with your return so that we can correctly identify your order and process the refund more efficiently. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
